I have written about my life as a mentally ill person in my new book, "Watching Myself Be Borderline: A Smart Sufferer Says How it Started and How She Survives". This is not a self-help book, but rather, a book about my childhood experiences and the kinds of experiences I have now within the context of borderline personality disorder.
